We want paying for your order to be easy and secure! That’s why we accept all major credit and debit cards for online purchases:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
All payments go through a trusted third-party processor that’s fully compliant and uses end-to-end encryption to keep your financial info safe. We never store your full credit or debit card details on our systems—our processor handles that, with strict security rules to prevent unauthorized access, fraud, or data leaks. Shop with peace of mind knowing your payment details are in good hands.
To keep pricing clear, your final charge currency matches your shipping destination:
- U.S. shipments: Prices and charges are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Canadian shipments: Prices and charges are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
The currency selector at the top of our site is just for previewing prices in your preferred currency. No matter what you choose to display, your card will always be charged in the currency for your shipping country (USD for the U.S., CAD for Canada).
If your card is from another country or uses a different currency, your bank or card issuer might add an exchange rate fee or foreign transaction fee. These fees are set by your bank—we don’t charge them.
When you place your order, your bank will put a temporary hold on your card for the full amount. This isn’t a real charge—it just reserves the money and checks that your card works. If you cancel your order before it’s processed, the hold will be lifted. Once your order is confirmed and ready to ship, the temporary hold will turn into a final charge on your card.
If your payment is declined or flagged for security (e.g., suspicious activity, wrong billing info), we’ll email or call you to fix it. We might ask for extra verification (like a copy of your ID or billing statement) to confirm it’s you. If we can’t verify the payment or fix the decline, we might cancel the order to keep everyone safe.
All approved refunds go back to the original payment method you used at checkout (credit card, debit card, etc.). Once we start the refund process (after checking that your return is eligible—like receiving and inspecting the item), we’ll send you a detailed email with the refund amount and date.
Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to show up on your bank or card statement. But processing times can vary by bank—some might post it sooner, others might take the full 10 days. If you don’t see your refund within that time, check your bank’s transaction history or contact your card issuer first. If it’s still missing, reach out to our support team for help.
