Refund & Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase—but if it’s not quite right, here’s our easy refund and return policy:

1. How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery.Regrettably, refunds cannot be issued after this 30-day window.

2. What Items Qualify for a Return?

To get a refund, your item must:
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition
  • Have all original tags and labels still attached
  • Come with the original packaging

3. Can I Exchange an Item?

Right now, we don’t offer direct exchanges for different sizes or colors.
If you want a different item, just place a new order and return your original purchase for a refund.
If you received a defective item or the wrong product, we may offer a replacement or refund—we’ll work with you to fix it!

4. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Defective or wrong items: We’ll cover the return shipping cost or send you a prepaid label (when available).
  • Change-of-mind returns (e.g., picked the wrong size, no longer want it): You’ll pay for return shipping.
  • Original shipping fees won’t be refunded unless the return is our mistake (like sending a defective item).

5. How Do I Return an Item?

Before sending anything back:
  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and why you’re returning the item.
  2. For defective items, include clear photos of the problem.
Our team will approve your return and send you step-by-step instructions.

6. How Long Does a Refund Take?

Once we receive and check your returned item, we’ll email you an update. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Heads up: Your bank or card issuer might take a little extra time to show the refund in your account.

7. What If My Refund Is Late or Missing?

If you haven’t gotten your refund after 5–10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer—they might still be processing it. If it’s still missing, email us at [email protected] and we’ll help track it down.

8. Canadian Orders – Duties & Taxes

For Canadian orders, duties, taxes, and customs fees from CBSA or the shipping carrier can’t be refunded.
When you return a Canadian order, we’ll refund the product price (and original shipping fees only if the return is our fault and required by law). Unfortunately, duties, taxes, and customs fees won’t be refunded.
