Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We currently deliver only to addresses in the United States and Canada. Unfortunately, we don’t ship to other countries or regions right now.Orders going to Canada must follow international import rules, which might include paying duties or meeting customs requirements.

2. How Long It Takes to Process Your Order

Your order will be processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Here’s what you need to know:
  • We don’t process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays (like U.S. Thanksgiving or Canadian Canada Day).
  • Canadian Orders: We might need an extra 1–2 business days to check your shipping info, prepare necessary customs papers (such as commercial invoices), and make sure everything meets Canadian import rules. This step is key to getting your package across the border smoothly.

3. When You’ll Get Your Package

  • United States: Expect your order to arrive 5–10 business days after it’s shipped.
  • Canada: Delivery times depend on where you live—usually 10–25 business days after shipping. This includes time for cross-border shipping and customs clearance, which can be faster or slower depending on your province or territory.

4. Who Delivers Your Order

  • United States: Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS, a reliable carrier that covers the entire country.
  • Canada: We team up with USPS International for cross-border deliveries. The final carrier we choose depends on your address, how heavy your package is, and how fast you want it delivered—all to make sure it gets to you as efficiently as possible.
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a unique tracking number. For U.S.-to-Canada shipments, tracking updates might stop once the package reaches Canadian customs or is handed off to a local delivery service. To check the latest status after that, use the Canadian local postal service website or the carrier’s international tracking tool.

5. How to Track Your Order

After your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to check your package’s status:
  • U.S. Orders: Tracking updates in real time, so you can follow your package every step of the way from our warehouse to your door.
  • Canadian Orders: It might take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up. Once the package leaves the U.S., you might get fewer updates. For the most current details, use the Canadian local postal service’s website.

6. What to Do If Your Package Is Lost or Delayed

If your package is taking way longer than expected, or it says “Delivered” but you haven’t gotten it, here’s what to do:
U.S. Orders
  1. Ask family, neighbors, or your building’s front desk/mailroom if they received the package for you.
  2. Use your tracking number to contact USPS directly—ask about delivery details or report the package as missing.
  3. If you still can’t find it after that, contact us within 7 days of the “Delivered” date.
Canadian Orders
  1. First, give it an extra 5–7 business days past the estimated delivery date—cross-border shipping and customs can cause unexpected delays.
  2. Use your tracking number to reach out to local postal services or Canadian customs. Your package might be held because you need to pay duties/taxes or provide more documents.
  3. Check with family, neighbors, or your local post office to see if you missed a delivery.
  4. If the package is still missing after these steps, contact us within 14 days of the “Delivered” date (to account for extra time from cross-border shipping and customs).
